Combination Oven Training

The combination oven courses give the candidates a great opportunity to learn and work on all types of combination ovens, whether it be a Rational, Electrolux or any particular brand of your choice that suits your business needs.

All areas that are covered in the training include the fundamentals, the operation sequence of events, the components used and their functionality. All common problems, service requirements and full fault diagnosis. 

Candidates will have the opportunity to have both classroom training and practical's, 'getting hands on' and carry out component removal or testing, functionality tests and fault finding problems put on the appliances and training props. Any areas of unknown are eliminated during this training, allowing the candidate to go away and feel confident to work on Combination Ovens out in the field. 

All our courses are supplied with a bespoke built training manual to use throughout the course and on completion of the course, take away for valuable reference.
