During this time, Carl has operated in the front of the field, as a Field Technician and Training Manager. Carl has delivered invaluable technical support, trouble shooting, and a number training programs to engineers in the UK, across Europe and more recently the Middle East. Training and Consultancy Cancellation Policy If you are unable to attend the training course or consultancy appointment you are booked on, then you will need to notify CHT, in writing, within the given timeframe as listed below. Failure to do this, then the following charges will apply (this is due to the time and cost of Carl's preparation prior to the course). Cancellation charges – All training courses: • 12-8 weeks before the course: 25% of the fee • 8-2 weeks before the course: 50% of the fee • Less than 14 days before the course: 100% of the fee.
